David Mbah
CEO / FOUNDER

David Mbah is a luxury real estate advisor with over 13 years of experience spanning the residential, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors of Nigeria’s real estate market.

Over the course of his career, he has advised developers, investors, and property owners on the strategy, branding, positioning, marketing, and sales execution of landmark real estate developments. His expertise is particularly focused on luxury residential projects, hospitality-led developments, and branded residences.

Before founding MDS, David held a senior leadership position at Fine & Country International Realty West Africa, where he led the Advisory, Commercial Real Estate, and New Developments divisions. In this role, he worked closely with some of the region’s most prominent developers and investors, providing strategic counsel on development planning, market positioning, sales strategy, and investment opportunities.

As Founder and Principal of MDS, David is dedicated to bridging the gap between global hospitality brands, developers, and investors while driving the growth of branded residences and hospitality-integrated developments across Nigeria and the wider West African market. His work sits at the intersection of luxury real estate advisory, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, helping stakeholders unlock value in one of Africa’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving real estate landscapes.
